FM GRU Tower Cranes were established in 1920. This family run business, FMgru, is located in the biggest industrial location in northern Italy. During the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in building bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, a wide range of presses, forklifts, prefabrication molds and farming machinery.
In 1963, the business began crane production. The company eventually invested all of their financial resources and human resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the field of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru sells and manufactures 4 series of high quality tower cranes. These machines are designed and engineered for a variety of applications and there are available models that can cover all construction requirements.
Some models provide extremely flexible lifting options for businesses who are constructing private houses and small buildings. Self-erecting cranes provide 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Topless tower cranes are among their other models. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are extremely adaptable and user friendly. They are great for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes provide a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. They have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg. There are standard tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any building or construction project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These kinds of cranes are specifically designed to work in restricted locations and on high-rise projects where buildings are found near each other.
